The free, activity-based, curriculum-linked videos encourage pupils to use physical movement to boost their mood, mental health and wellbeing with activities led by famous faces, including Rhys Stephenson from CBBC and Evie Pickerill from CBeebies.

When we feel low on energy, motivation, or confidence it can affect how we think, feel and act. A word of encouragement from someone or giving time to energise our body can help us see what we are capable of. Being energised helps us to do the things we know we can normally do, as well as giving us the confidence to give new things a go.

Moodboosters classroom resources can be used for teaching primary school pupils age 5 – 11 PSHE in England, Health and Wellbeing in Wales and Scotland, and PDMU in Northern Ireland, and to support with Ofsted, Estyn and Education Scotland requirements.
