Run by Kaefer, students learn how to recognise individual strengths and personalities. Students, employers and the teachers will take a personality test to find which of 6 animals they are, each animal has 5 personality traits and suggested careers. This shows how we can use our strengths and personalities effectively in school or in the workplace and how we interact with those around us. This event can be combined with the Kaefer Careers Aspirations session.
