Enjoy a creative spell at Fell Foot, learning a few basics of this traditional craft. Part of a National Lottery Heritage Fund project, you’ll learn how to draw and carve a decorative letter in a piece of slate to take home. Join Fell Foot in one of our historic boathouses for these workshops with leading letter carver Pip Hall. All tools, materials and safety-wear provided; this activity will take 1 to 3 hours depending on your enthusiasm. Spaces are limited so please pre-book to guarantee your place. This workshop is free thanks to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Suitable for age 10+.
